Terms and Conditions for making websites / software's:-

1. Project proposal clearly defined features and deliverables and delivery time in writing and cost involved to make it. Additional features will require additional cost. Only features mentioned in the project proposal will be included in the Project cost (cost will be discussed with client before start of project). Third-party plugins cost additional subject to their respective licenses.

2.Client will be responsible for providing all text, images, and media content and its accuracy and copyright clearance. Delays caused by client feedback/content delay may extend the timeline.

3.Maximum liability limited to project value. Developer will not be liable for business losses or data breaches and not responsible for downtime due to hosting issues. Client will be responsible for regular backups post-delivery. Client will be responsible for hosting and domain registration. Warranty Period will be 60-90 days post-launch bug fixing (excluding new features).

4. Terms and conditions are not fixed and subject to change with time. Area of jurisdiction will be Jalandhar only in case of any law dispute.
